The Association of Collaboration (TAC) is an art project currently consisting of five participants who practice and critique collaborative processes and frameworks. Here you will find archived and currently active conversations, concerns, images, disagreements, ideas, conflicts, links, dead ends and ways forward.

i think we need primarily to assess the prospect show, failures, successes, personal responses, where there were surprising strengths, how the project changed over time and why.
this is harder to do because we are all in different places. but perhaps, to make it easier, we could formalise some questions that each member could respond to individually and then we could collate them?
also, i think we need to talk about where we want to go from here. where does the trolley project direct us? are we still keen to put together tools to help others with collaboration?
other practical stuff ie what shall we do with the trolley, and should we recruit more members of TAC should also be addressed. here, as well as in physical meeting.
I second all of the above, and add:
The blog/communication methods: re-assessment;
- why are using this blog format, is it achieving its purpose?
- do we need to change the way we use it or supplement it with a wiki?
- do we need to think of alternative methods?
Phew that is a lot for one meeting!!
I think all of those things sound good but perhaps for the first meeting we should focus on evaluating CAMRU as Tom suggests, and where we want to go from here (which will include what to do with CAMRU and new members)
I am really keen to make sure that we get input from all others on these things too so can we maybe just post responses on teh blog before Monday? Then everyone has a voice. Questions sound good but if that's a hassle just free flow some responses......
I'm hearing you - camru, direction, new blood. Sounds smart and achievable.
